Comments on the content : The content commenting features allow Users to create and post comments on the content within this Application. Depending on the settings chosen by the Owner, Users may post anonymous comments. Any email address provided by the User as part of their Personal Data may be used to send notifications regarding comments on the same content. Users are responsible for the content of their own comments.
Contact the User : Contact Form (This App)By filling out the contact form with their information, Users consent to the use of such details by this Application for the purpose of responding to requests for information, quotes, or any other requests as indicated in the form header. Personal Data collected: Email address, Last Name, and First Name.
Newsletter Mailchimp : This is an email management and messaging service provided by Mailchimp. Personal data collected: Email address. Place of processing: United States – Privacy Policy
System Log and Maintenance : For operational and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services may collect files that record interactions with this Application (System Log) or use any Personal Data (such as IP addresses) for this purpose.
User Rights : Users have the right at any time to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and may contact the Data Controller to learn about its content and origin, to verify its accuracy, or to request that it be supplemented, deleted, updated, or corrected. They may also request that such data be converted into an anonymous format, that any data obtained in violation of the law be blocked, or object to its processing for any legitimate reason. Requests must be sent to the Data Controller at the address indicated above.
Changes to this Privacy Policy : The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice to Users on this page. We recommend that you check this page frequently.
